We found out coffee can actually help with weight loss. This is because coffee is an anti-inflammatory.
“Coffee, as in the drink, not necessarily caffeine that you might take in a pill, is an anti-inflammatory, it is a great anti-oxidant but it is those things for healthy people,” said Thorner.
